The Grand Park Mandalay has 209 rooms, comprising a seating area. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, along with a mini-fridge-bar, tea and coffee making equipment, are offered. A trouser press and air conditioning are featured for guests' comfort. Offering a bidet, a spa bathtub, and a roll-in shower, the bathrooms are also fitted with dryers and towels.
